L3::IBMGbTor defaults to lldpInfoRemoteDevicesLocalPort in lldp_if() unless there is a cross reference to either ifAlias or ifDescr

L3::IBMGbTor lldp_id() now uses lldpInfoRemoteDevicesSystemName
Add lldp_platform() support in L3::IBMGbTor
L3::IBMGbTor POD updates
