efb32ac10d add Cisco BGP MIB support to all Cisco Layer 3 devices (#451) 
This also adds a munge_inetaddress function which can be used to parse a 
binary IP address as defined by the SNMP InetAddress type.

remove module that doesn't seems to be used
use Socket;
