e8a9d18445 Fix to return cached data for table methods (funcs) if available and not a partial request. Partial argument could be undef, but existed in methods supporting partial fetches. 52275e92af New class L2::HPVC for VirtualConnect blade switches 
HP VirtualConnect product family includes ethernet-switch-like products
with their own MIBs. This new class adds basic support for these devices.
