Coding Guidelines:
    - tab-width of 4, no tab characters
    - keep POD documentation up-to-date
    - always update ChangeLog before committing
    - always update DeviceMatrix.txt before committing
    - check-in required mibs to netdisco-mibs and release new package if needed
